Brooke Alexander
Brooke is passionate about giving back to her community. She is a member of the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, Larimer County Young Lawyers Division, the Family Law Section of the Colorado State Bar, and regularly spends her time volunteering in various capacities. In an effort to give to the community, Brooke provides legal service to those of modest means in partnership with the Larimer County Courts. Brooke also provides legal help to victims of domestic violence in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Victim’s Law Center.
Brooke graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in the Spring of 2015. Brooke spent many hours in school participating in practical experience courses prior to graduation. Brooke prosecuted cases under the supervision of Special Council with the Second Judicial District District Attorney’s office in addition to cultivating an enriching experiencing assisting faculty in providing meaningful representation to low income families through the law school’s clinical program.
Brooke is exceptionally knowledgeable in areas of child custody and child support across state lines. She also has experience with high asset divorces, including forensic recreation of stock accounts and bank accounts, and is familiar with high conflict divorce and custody matters. Outside of family law, Brooke has experience with contract law, collections law, criminal law, and worker’s compensation.

Allan Ewert
After law school, Allan went to work for a firm specializing in civil litigation. His practice spanned a diverse range of cases, including personal injury, trusts and estates, business disputes, and real estate. As a result, he gained valuable knowledge and experience in many different practice areas. He also honed his litigation skills, including evaluating client’s needs, negotiating, and taking matters to trial when necessary.
In 2017, Allan joined a family law firm to apply his broad background to the specific challenges of family law. At the end of 2018, he started his own firm, Alexander & Ewert, LLC, with the goal of providing client-oriented and he prides himself on delivering high quality representation that extends beyond the courtroom. Allan works hard to help clients through difficult times by devoting significant time to understanding their individual needs and providing the best representation possible. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado State Bar.
Like many Coloradans, Allan enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking and skiing. He is also a former collegiate bowler, board game enthusiast, and self-admitted nerd.
